National Network of STI Clinical Prevention Training Centers (NNPTC) / Denver PTC
A group of regional training centers funded directly by the CDC, built in partnership with health departments and major universities. Arkansas is formally served by the Denver PTC / NNPTC National Coordination Center, which builds clinical capacity across the southern and western regions. They offer experiential training, web-based courses, and clinical laboratory education.

National Coalition of STD Directors (NCSD) Learning Center
The national public health membership association representing health department STD directors, support staff, and community partners across all 50 states. Their learning management system features self-paced e-learning, blended courses, and live instructor-led tracks — with a focus on leadership skills, motivational interviewing, and STI/HIV program policy.

AETC National Coordinating Resource Center / National HIV Curriculum
A HRSA-funded national network (AIDS Education and Training Centers) designed to increase the number of healthcare providers effectively managing HIV.
